Addiction Treatment For Everyone.
AAAMHCS offers individualized treatment for all levels of addiction.
Our Services
Partial Hospitalization
After residential or CSS, you may choose to move back home or into a transitional living facility while continuing treatment. The most intensive level of this is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), which involves going to clinical therapy sessions for at least 20 hours per week.
Intensive Outpatient
Taking a step down from PHP is the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This is the same as PHP in that you would continue treatment while living away from the facility. However, IOP requires at least nine hours of sessions per week, which makes employment more feasible while helping keep you accountable for your sobriety.
Outpatient Services
The third and least-intensive level are programs that are simply called Outpatient Programs (OP). These require fewer than nine hours per week of treatment and are usually the last step before completely re-entering everyday life.
Our Treatments
12-Step Programs
The 12-step model to overcoming addiction was originated by Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), which was founded in the United States in 1935. AA was the first organization dedicated to helping people overcome addictions — first to alcohol, then later to other substances or behaviors, including cocaine (Cocaine Anonymous), narcotics (Narcotics Anonymous), and gambling (Gamblers Anonymous).ourney to end their addictions.
Dual-Diagnosis
Addiction is rarely simple and straightforward. It often presents as a tangled web of wide-reaching consequences and hidden underlying issues. Unresolved childhood issues, undiagnosed mental disorders, and disappointing life circumstances can commonly be found beneath the surface of addiction.
Young Adults
Drug and alcohol abuse is a major problem among all age groups in the United States. However, young adults are especially at risk. They tend to abuse alcohol and prescription and illicit substances at higher rates than older adults or adolescents. Many young adults begin abusing drugs when they are adolescents, and they continue that problem into adulthood.
